WP 7 Compatibility Issues / Basix

All NEX-Forms versions older than 9.3 (released 19 May 2026) is not compatible with WP 7.x.

HOW TO RESOLVE:

Option 1:
Update your NEX-Forms plugin to v9.3 or higher from your WP Plugins Page

Option 2:
Download the latest version from your account here: https://basixonline.net/account/

After downloading:

1. Deactivate your current NEX-Forms version (choose Temporary Deactivation).
2. Delete this version. (NOTE: No data will be lost when you do this).
3. Install the version you downloaded from your account.
4. Activate the version.
5. If need be (in rare cases) re-activate your license with your freemius license key
